Good point, Andre.  I think the essence is priorities, and in some sense, the
metro area cohousers are requiring a lot from their members, but not as much as
the rurals.  And it is my hope ( and I suspect that of others) that the model
will appeal to a larger segment of the population than the more rural one.
We'll see.
