Cohousing-L Mailing List: Cohousing coops

In reading through the archives, I was surprised to learn that a number 
of the cohousing communities on the list are orgainzed as coops, MoCoCO, 
Kennebec Valley (which I knew), and one or two others as well.

Blue Heron is starting meetings with lenders, and they want to see
how we're organized.  Loosely, that's how.  So to help us tighten up, 
could those of you who are coops please send us your bylaws, articles
of incorporation, leasehold agreements, etc.  It would help us a lot
to see what other groups have done.

I'll be glad to pay for repro costs and snail mail, or use email.
