Cohousing-L Mailing List: Members at a distance

We are actively seeking to add member households to the group.  Some people are
interested in being "members at a distance" as they do not live locally.  We are
interested in knowing how other groups handle this?  Are there categories with
different dues levels?  Do members at a distance agree to abide by decisions
made in their absence?  Do members at a distance get same benefits -- voting,
seniority in picking a house?
