Commonweal (Boston) has reached an agreement on a beautiful 60 acre site and
expect to sign a Purchase and Sale Agreement in late April.  The land is in
a town along the southwestern stretch of Rt. 495 and offers the following:

        - Hills, open space, ponds and wooded areas
        - An attractive town with good schools
        - A safe neighborhood
        - Convenient access to Boston
        - A reasonable price and great terms
        - Fantastic views

Commonweal currently has ten active member households.  The plan is for a total
of 30 households and home prices are targeted in the $150K - $280K.
