Without further explaination I have to take major exception to listing
"drugs" as fostering community.  Addictive drugs (including their illegal
status) are a major part of the problems communities face today.  I'm
using the term 'communities' in a broader sense here and there is much
more that could be said but I oppose any casual endorsement of "drugs'.
