I'm not Joyce but, as I happen to be a member of the Marsh Commons project, I want to clarify some points (before this server goes down for the weekend) First the site was never a service station, ever. Joyce never once said that the site was a diesel truck service station, merely that trucks were parked there, by their owners. The building was completely sand blasted and residues removed, and tests were done on the grounds outside the building and came up negative. As we are still looking for several members and want the project projected in an accurate way, I feel compelled to quell this rumor before it spreads like an oil slick.
