Greetings,

Here at Nyland I have experiences very little hanging out in the common
house.  A few people seem to arrive a bit early for dinners, a few people
watch some late night TV a few niughts a week and I have spotted people
looking through the Sunday paper on occasion.

Why is this so?  Well for one people around here are busy so IMHO they don't
knopw much about the concepot of hanging out in the first place.  Second our
common house living room is not really a separate space from the dining room
and I feel adds to the lack of cozyness.
