For those of you with commonhouses, do you find people "hanging out" in 
them much, or are they mostly empty during non-meeting, non-structured 
activity time?

BTW, after many  revisions and detours, Monday our neighbor came with 
his trackhoe and transplanted several larger shrubs/ small trees to 
safer places, then dug the hole for our commonhouse!  The foundation 
work starts tommorrow.
