My main motivation is:
* To find out who I am "talking" with--it's nice to know, where someone is
coming from, when they make comments.
* As well, I am primarily interested in "talking" with Unpaid Volunteers
interested in the development of "good neighborhoods" (some people call these
cohousing communities--others call it collaborative communities--others,
cooperative communities).
