Was I the only one to have a visceral response to Harry Pasternak's 
original request that we all identify ourselves with "what" we are in 
addition to "who" we are?  It may have not been your direct intent, 
Harry, but doesn't this amount to setting up a classification scheme by 
which those without "credentials" can be marginalized? To me, the value 
of our posts is contained *in those posts* and not in the "qualifications" 
of the writer.
