David, sounds really useful to us here at Violet Crown, as we are just
moving into this phase, needing to get from 7-12 partners loan qualified in
the next thirty days.  Do not hold the Lotus Approach software,
unfortunately, but would like to see the paper output  and form structure.

useful and appreciated.  We're just getting an offer ready on three
contiguous properties in central Austin, and need to get crackin' on the
