There are some other solutions. One valued member of Greyrock
Commons, whose finances now would probably not stretch to the purchase of
a unit, is planning to rent part of one from another family. The
arrangement is solely between her and the family but she has chosen to stay
involved as an associate member during our development. Almost a classic
example of the cliched "win-win" situation.
