So, Rob, we have a few up and down the Front Range (and elsewhere) in Colorado, but not that many! Why do you think coho is expanding so fast in the Puget Sound area? Is it because of promotion by existing communities? By the developers? How many are (considering) retrofitting existing structures in existing neighborhoods? You said, "This fall PSCN is doing a Cohousing fair... open houses, socials, etc. " Have many new inter-community cooperative endeavors been initiated? -- beyond promoting the cause and having fun? (Fun being highly worthwhile, of course -- not being derisive!) Mike
