When I said "we" in the statement about we have created 18 communities,
I was referring to all of us in the cohousing movement. There are 18
cohousing communities around America built and another 13 underway. I
did not mean we to refer to the Puget Sound Cohousing Network. The
PSCN only does a small amount of networking sorts of things.

None that I know of. The only things PSCN and NICA do is create
gatherings for people to get together, pass information around and a
small amount of promotion as well, such as the cohousing fair. The
only inter-community endeavor I an aware of is one community has set up
a food buying club which includes other communities and which gets
large volumes of food from the sources, at a discount because of the
volumes involved.
