Cindy J. Westley asked about membership and family members who are not part of the group. At Sharingwood we have a definition of renter and guest. A guest is any adult who stays at Sharingwood less than 90 days. After 90 days they become renters, even if they don't pay rent, and have most the obligations and expectations of regular members, including paying assessments. So in our case if an adult child moved in with a parent, after 90 days they would be considered a renter and would be expected to participate in the community to some degree and to pay a monthly renters assessment. In general this has not really been an issue for us because our expectations are that people who live in the community take part in it in some way or another. This is not always the case, and no one gets too upset about it yet, but it will eventually get talked about and dealt with on a case by case basis.
