My family lives in NJ and we're partners in Liberty Village in Maryland....a
4 hour drive....we use a telephone bridge to have meetings every other
week...the bridge can accomodate up to 30 callers...great quality...takes
some getting used to...but I've been teaching classes on the bridge for 2
years and it becomes very easy to use

Check with local phone company for rates (could be expensive) or try booking
a abridge through bridge [at] coachu.com    

I'm not sure of the rates to "outsiders" but I think they are reasonable
