As it stands now we hold taco booths and do catering to raise some of 
our operating money (and no snickering out there, we made a grand 
NET at one of them). We work together at it and yes, there are plans 
to have meals in the community center I was referring to in the 
message with "digest" in the subject line that you were quick to 
point out to me.

Unfortunately the shape of our property causes that to be a real 
challenge (Hmmm...) However we will be in the planning phase 
shortly.

??? I didn't say it was, or intend to define cohousing. The subject 
was Cooperatives.

I guess a person must be found that is ready for the challenge and 
won't waver on the Co-op (or Co-housing) aspect of it.
I love a challenge and doing something different. And so far we 
are pulling it off.
