This sounds like a very exciting idea to me.  As  more cohousing 
communities get built, what might start out as a very modest amount of 
"seed" money could end up being "The Cohousing Fund."  It's also a way 
for folks living in and benefiting from cohousing to help others achieve 
the same goal.

Something for existing cohousing communities to think about?
