I agree that this book is superb -- well worth the $13.  I have two  
things to add to Rob's reply.

1) The Community Bookshelf catalog is available on the Web at

2) Another useful resource on the web is some pages put together by  
Kevin Wolf who facilitates meetings professionally and is also a member
