Dear Stephen,

You asked "What resources or guidelines are people using for consensus. 

The two best resources I can offer is:
"A Manual for Group Facilitators"  published by Center for Conflict
Resolution, Madison, WI 608-255-0479 

and

"Building United Judgment" by the same group.  

Also hopefully by April, Caroline Estes' book "Everyone Has a Piece of the
Truth" should be available.  Caroline is considered to be one of THE best
consensus trainers around.
