I have been blessed with a few mini-trainings in consensus by Caroline 
Estes and have been egarly awaiting her forthcoming book for several 
years. While I have not received the full course of instruction --see 
calandar on Intentional Communites' web page for next training--nor have 
I been trained by any other professional, she  does seem centered in her 
expertise.
