Dear Ann, 

I compiled just such a list last summer, when we were trying to get a good
solid list (complete with financing information) to give to our
construction lender. I will re-post it. I'm surprised to hear that you did
not know I was doing it, and that we were duplicating our efforts. 

I must concur, I spent and INCREDIBLE amount of time on it, and I don't
believe it's complete, either. I've asked groups to keep updating me on
it, but haven't received much since the first flurry. I will re-post it
following this message....
