Cohousing-L Mailing List: common house kitchen stoves

Seeking recommendations on specific brands, dealers and likely sources of
good used commercial grade cook stoves for the common house. Due to budget
considerations we bought two residential grade ones at move-in. They are
OK, but now that we have some nice big pots, they don't fit well on the
burners and a large pot of water takes forever to boil.
