We just celebrated the completion of construction at Sunward, but our Common
House is now largely filled with empty rooms. Even though all the rooms have
been programmed for specific uses, the programming occurred when the
community was much smaller and may not reflect our current needs.

We're wondering if other communities who've been using their Common Houses
for a while might comment on how much use you get out of your teen rooms, if
you have them. We'd also appreciate getting an idea of how frequently your
guest rooms are used. Thanks!
