For what it's worth, here's some group rules on the pinboard of an I once
found worthy of copying.

No-one gets put down.
We take responsibility for our own feelings.
Everyone gets a turn.
We try to make "I" statements.
Anyone may pass.
What we say here stays here.
We only judge ourselves.
We take responsibility for our own learning.
