The most effective anger/conflict management techniques and strategies have already been discovered and documented by mental health professionals. Courses in conflict management are offered in many colleges by psych and social work departments. Many high schools have trained students to act as peer advisors using conflict management methods tailored to the needs of teens. I've enjoyed following this thread since it's good to hear what methods work for others and, specifically, which approaches may be most effective in a cohousing setting. It's also comforting to know we don't have to reinvent the wheel with regard to anger and conflict management among our peers. Deb Smyre
