Greyrock Commons is a 30-unit cohousing community in Fort Collins,
Colorado.  The setting is semi-rural with a 5-acre natural area and a
2-acre vegetable garden.  We are about 3 miles from "downtown" Fort

partially-finished garden-level basement and detached one-car garage.  The
