-At Westwood Coho in Asheville, we have a telephone in the common house.  It
is restricted to local and internal calls only.  It also is unlisted.  It
has taken a number of calls to Bell South to get what we wanted and we have
to pay for not listing and for the restrictions.  However, we decided it was
important not to have any but local calls or credit card calls made by
people since before the restricting, there were a few long distance calls
