We would like to know how other groups using consensus decision making deal with a situation of a "red card" (blocking a decision) on an important issue (e.g. deciding on a developer) In our situation, the person blocking the decision is an active, hard-working and committed member of the group. Dick Kohlhaas Colorado Springs Cohousing Community (Currently 10 intending owners; we have an option on a 4.7 acre property 1.5 miles from downtown, where we plan to build 25-35 units; currently doing due dilligence on the property and feasibility studies.)
