As it wasnt going to be affordable for us to use a marketing consultant to act on our behalf ,we recently engaged a marketing consultant to *coach* us. We engaged her for 5 hours to upskill and inspire a bunch of our members who had some skill and interest in that area. What Zev says tallys with what she said, think marketing! The sales relationship is important as is having a good idea what the *benefits* of homes for sale are and matching to target buyers needs. She also had valuable input to give us about us all sounding tired (not too appealing!), and the real *value* of what we are creating, at a time when many of us were seeking mortgage approval and *felt* that our prices felt high.
