At Earthsong we have a cohousing agreement signed by all members at the
point they become full-group members (also available on our web page)
detailing the relationship between members and mutual rights and
obligations.

Because we knew lender loan guarantees would likely be required the members
agreement to sign such guarantees if and when they were required was part of
the cohousing agreement.
