Cascadia Commons in Portland, Oregon, has the consensus with voting system. In the five+ years of our development process (now, thankfully, only weeks from completion) we have not once had to use the voting provision. I'm sure we would have been much hampered by the absence of the fallback, as Rob Sandelin suggests. George Stone
