Cohousing-L Mailing List: Info for a new group?

Hi All! My name is Clarence Dale, and I a member of a fledgling Cohousing 
group in Columbus, Ohio. We have only had one meeting, consisting of three 
members. Our next meeting is scheduled for the end of April with an 
additional six interested familles. Our agenda thus far is socializing for an 
hour or so, and after that, a speaker on the subject of "Developing a Group 
Process." Any ideas in this area? What pitfalls can and should we avoid? Any 
help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking forward to 
exchanging ideas with all of you!
