There are whole books on these subjects. There are lots of experienced
cohorts with tons of info to offer, and I doubt that there are more helpful
people anywhere.

Given the enormity of the subject, and the range of possible answers, I
would strongly urge you or others from your group to find a way to the
cohousing conference in July or to any of the regional conferences that
happen around the country.

You have a big job ahead of you. I hope you are up to it. If so, I don't
think you will be disappointed.

Stephan

Subject: [C-L]_Info for a new group?

Hi All! My name is Clarence Dale, and I a member of a fledgling Cohousing
group in Columbus, Ohio. We have only had one meeting, consisting of three
members. Our next meeting is scheduled for the end of April with an
additional six interested familles. Our agenda thus far is socializing for
an
hour or so, and after that, a speaker on the subject of "Developing a Group
Process." Any ideas in this area? What pitfalls can and should we avoid? Any

help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking forward to
exchanging ideas with all of you!
