Fancier meals can creep over $3, but it doesn't happen too often. I was wondering about average common meal costs. The above meal prices are on par with what I've seen elsewhere, but when I do the math, it seems that I can cook much more cheaply at home (Three people X three meals X seven days X two dollars per meal=126 dollars a week, which is just a whole lot more than I ever spend on groceries). I've been assuming that economy of scale would keep meal prices lower than that, but maybe there are other factors? Thanks, Robert Arjet Central Austin Cohousing _______________________________________________ Cohousing-L mailing list Cohousing-L [at] cohousing.org Unsubscribe info: http://www.communityforum.net/mailman/listinfo/cohousing-l
