When we started the discussion of workshare and we asked everyone in the
room to say a few words about how they were feeling about the prospect (pre
move-in). One person was particularly tense and anxious. She had just signed
a book contract and had had difficulty participating in the work already.
She just couldn't see how she could even do 4 hours a month.

She was one of the early speakers. By the time we finished the round, she
was beaming. "I feel so much better! I found a job I can do. I love cleaning
toilets." 

If the group is large enough, someone will love it for some reason that
someone else could never fathom.
