Thanks, Fred, for underlining my laziness in not wanting to repeat what's been 
written
before but expecting other people to find it by searching. I'm in between other
obligations at this precise moment and don't know when I'd have time to search 
for more
detailed descriptions of our work system that I'm sure are there. Of course the
suggestion was not just that folks look for what I've written but for many
contributions on the subject from many communities. And I'm fairly confident 
that a
patient browse on the subject will turn up more of my stuff as well. If someone 
says
s/he's tried really hard and still can't find it I'll stay up an extra hour one 
of
these nights and search or just rewrite.
