The act of pointing out of projections, introjections, deflections etc. probably has its own covert expectation of personal growth to a particular standard. Even the circulation of a Myers-Briggs questionnaire implies that cohousing members should be self aware in the dimensions spelt out. I prefer the use of the coloured hats as discussed previously, as it elicits a wider range of contributions without a diagnostic undertone.
