> Do you use the quorum concept, and proxies? We are still very young and I don't think have ever used proxies, or needed to. I think the bylaws do provide for them if necessary. We have a pretty strong commitment to trying to work things out to everyone's satisfaction and a lot of effort goes into it. Small group discussions have been very useful.
