I am posting this message for a friend who is not on the list.  I did check
into the archives and was able to glean a little information about do's and
dont's of common house design, but what I am asking here is a little more
specific.  I would like to hear from older, more well-established
communites about what you did that worked or didn't work and how you
modified it.

Questions:
If you had to do your commonhouse over, what would be any areas that stand
out as ones you would like to change?

What are the least used areas of your commonhouse?

What is the ratio of guest rooms to units?  Does your community have enough
or too many guest rooms.
