Codes are different everywhere. We had to have ours up to commercial standards anyway. And you can lose non-profit status if you make a profit, maybe even if it does turn out to be a wash. It seems a visit to a lawyer would be in order. You can also look in the archives, since we talked about this recently. I can't remember what the title was.
