You need clear guidelines on what decisions need to be made in the community and which ones can be made by your committees. Our committee meetings are open to all, so if someone has a particular interest on a decision of the committee, they can show up at the meeting. I am very interested in bringing consensus to groups outside cohousing so I would be glad to discuss this further with you, Mark.
