Cohousing-L Mailing List: Consensus at 100.

Our consensus-based church is passing the 100 member mark and is feeling
organization growing pains.  There seems to be a short-term group memory.
Decisions are being made but they don't alway get implemented.  The church
also rents and has employees.  Hiring decisions and rental agreements don't
go well sometimes.   Have you experienced similar growing pains in your
cohousing communities.  How did your group handle it?
