Hello List, This is true for Tierra Nueva, Cen. CA Coast, as well. Our families with children are crammed into the 2 bedroom units, the "economical" 3 bedroom units and less frequently, the larger 3 bedrooms.....most of the larger units were purchased by single seniors (who had lots of equity in their home). My advice for attracting families (with children): affordable homes. Patty Mara Tierra Nueva mmmm. ________________________________________________________________ GET INTERNET ACCESS FROM JUNO!
