Hi Stephanie Pinakarri has a majority of publicly funded houses - I rent one of them. My short answer is everybody has equal rights and responsibility. I would love to discuss it further, privately if that seems more suitable. I'm investigating models of affordability for my work. I'm away for just over a week - presenting a paper on sustainability and housing at a National Housing Conference, using our coho community as a micro-example. Hope I can pick up this thread when I get back.
