One advice I saw from a person who has not been posting recently (so I will
pass it on) is not to worry about momentum when there is nothing to mo
toward.

Finding land is a big step. Attracting people to your group before you find
land will only mean that some will leave because the location doesn't work
for them.

Relax and just look for land and grow your relationships with those who are
already in the group.
