I have friends who live there and love it. VH is much larger than standard Coho projects.Per my friends it works well environmentally and socially and as far as I know hasn't been replicated in Calif. Resales there are at least 10% higher than in comperable neighborhoods in Davis. I've never been there but I imagine Eco-village Ithica NY is a good comparison to VH.
