I'm interested in CoHousing -- probably along the Sacramento-Berkeley
Corridor.

If co-housing does not work,  I'll probably buy a four bedroom home in
Sacramento for aboubt $170,000 and rent out three of the bedrooms.

If you have a better idea, I'd sure like to hear it.

(Additional requirement...  Pet friendly, I'm an amatuer musician.)
