Hi, Jim.

I'm not sure if you meant to post to the list or write to me, since I'm the
email contact for my community in Sacramento, Southside Park Cohousing. We
currently have no units available, but I'll put you on the "interested" list
if you want.

As for buying a four-bedroom home in Sacto for 170 grand, not much of a
chance of that, unless you're talking about a small house in an older
suburb.
