Sharon,

I think you are suggesting that new refrigerators are so efficient that
it's not cost effective to buy the "efficeient" ones.  We are an Energy
Star construction project.  We have Energy Star lighting, HVAC, etc.
Among other things, this means that the utility will rebate us $200 for
each Energy Star refrigerator.  So this makes a difference to the economics.
